She shouldn't be taking anything, a good diet and some time in the gym is all she needs. Go over to the diet section and let those guys dial in a nutritional program that will get her moving in the right direction. Drugs are not the answer for losing a ton of weight, they can be dangerous at excessive body fat %.

Anavar is prescribed to men and women for weightloss. It works and to be honest my opinion is a much better investment over any diet supplement that will "melt the fat away". I hooked my good friend her ein the philippines up with a 6-week 5mg 2x a day setup and T3. She went from 32% BF to under 20% in that time. Great diet goes a long way with this substance when it comes to women.

If she doesnt have time to go the the gym then find alternatives. Get a tread mill and dont let it become a place to hang clothes. Going to the park with the kids and playing is always good. Even going to the mall and walking if weather is not good outside.

There is always something to do if you want to find a way. Dont look for the quick fix because they dont really exist.

I had a friend who asked me about a cycle. I asked the board and someone advised bloods as she was close to menopause.

It was the best advice ever. We discovered a health issue through bloods that put a halt to any further discussion of a cycle. She's fine but there is a ton of good advice here.

I think the craziest part of it is they DO NOT treat steroids as medicine....they treat it like a magical substance. A substance that came from the netherworld and is only for the certain chosen and you have to be some kind of top secret agent for them to even give you their completely wrong opinions.

I appreciate this site because it leads to the answers. Personally I know about 2% of what I want to know on roids and their impact on the body. So far I am outgaining everyone in the gym on cycles 3-4x heavy on substances. Not sure how much further I want to go in the strength and bulk departments. Having accomplished what I have in under a year would not have been possible without the knowledge base here.

As far as the oral stuff it is just hilarious. One dude has been popping Dbol 3 x a day now for over 18 months ...he is big for his 5'6 frame now (bloated) but just wow...he thinks it is how the drug is used properly. No test...He has been shut down for 18 months with no test and he had to start popping opiates at the 4 month point due to pain....just waiting for him to fall over due to heart attack via high E and bloodpressure. Shame to say he is the only white boy in the gym other than me. I gave him the web address and he said..why would I go read what I already know...lol.

It's not a common first cycle for females. Her diet will need to improve for any gear to work.
