Last pin/ Ai usage ?

Just took my last pin today and what wasn't really clear to me is how long do I take my Ai, which is Aromasin. Do I stop ? Thanks in advance.

Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
2 weeks after last pin. The usual is probably 75mg but I'm going to do 100 to start for that week. That's pretty much it for me.

Ai from day 2 till pct. So how was your cycle?

Was a great experience and not because of the gains but what I was able to learn about my own training. Far as gainz I got 10-12lbs in and now sit at 228-230lb at 5'10." Didn't have too many successful leg days as dbol made it hard to really try and kill deadlift or squats. Once dbol was over and I started tren cardio and 20 rep squats was darn near no longer. Added some swole and finally got 405lb bench for 2 reps with a spot. Look forward to my next cycle and tweaking it based on what I learned. No sides expect back pumps which went away with daily aromasin @25mg. One Tren horrible night with anxiety and other less than mild anxiety nights that I didn't realize was anxiety until I had the horrible night. Did I die? NoPe. In 4 months though I'm back on. Lol.
