leaning out.
what is your preferred way to lean out near the end of a cycle? using a compound? cutting carbs?? do tell...

I only lasted 3 days on my nutrition plan I wrote. with that being said I don't count either it's a pita and what I do works so why change it but to cut I just have a snack every 3 or 4 hours it's not enough for me to even call a meal but it works.

I like to up my cardio and like to do little to no non-fibrous carbs passed mid day.
Drink lots of water, and sip those bcaa's.
You could also try adding Austinite's fatloss stack found in the educational stickies.
I've had success adding that to my regimen (Chromium Picolinate+EGCg+Synephrine)
