    Panic Attacks on Testosterone?

Has anyone here ever experienced panic attacks on a testosterone cycle? I have never experienced panic attacks until I was about two weeks into my first test cycle. Had about 3 episodes were I had a rapid heart rate and fear of a heart attack. They were triggered mostly after a workout or out of nowhere. Had to quit cycle because of it. Can anyone give an explanation to why? Could it be too high of E2? Also my cardio went to shit. It would feel like my heart was working too hard and had heart palpitations.

How much body fat do you carry? This is entirely rare...

Not sure but my guess would be 15-16% Im muscular but most of my fat is around my midsection. 5'9 220lbs. Its been 2 months since I stopped and haven't experienced any panic attacks since. Took Nolva for pct. Also note I did not take an AI during cycle.

Consider a complete blood count (CBC) panel and check your blood pressure regularly. Too many red cells (RBC) can cause this. Testosterone increases RBC production in your body, making your blood thick and at times causes the heart to work harder at pumping. Especially if you're a smoker or live in high altitude area; or have sleep apnea. This result can impact individuals very differently. You may be more sensitive than the average male.

That's just one thing that could cause this. Get a CBC panel and check blood pressure. That's where I would start. Best of luck.

    It happens to some.
Androgens can cause anxiety, though test is mild (and natural) enough that it doesn't do it for most. This is much more common with Tren .

What where your pin times? I've found that early am pins, and by early I mean 6am, allowed me to avoid anxiety the most. Pinning afternoon was sure to have me up with mild anxiety. As well as insomnia. My anxiety was only present with insomnia. Cycle was Test/Tren .

So when I went through SERE training in the Military a few years back we were taught that Panic Attacks are 95% mental. I know your like, "Whatever bro I know what I felt" andI ask you to humble yoursel and get the blood work. Chances are everything is fine, and just because your mind knows its on gear it is pushing you to worry.

Focusing on breathing is a must. Breath out and wait 2 seconds to breath in. Chances are its not the gear, so just adapt and overcome!
