    First Cycle Looking For Feed Back: Test-E/Dbol

    Hows it going guys, I'm looking for some in put on this cycle I've drawn up. It will be my first real cycle.

    Stats:
    Age: 25
    BF: 15-20% not sure
    Height: 5'10"
    Diet: Strict
    Goals: Lean Muscle 10%-12%BF
    Lifting For 5+ years

    Cycle: Test-E/Dbol ( Edited for Clarity)

    week 1 - 40mg dbol ED
    week 2 - 40mg dbol ED
    week 3 - 40mg dbol ED - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 4 - 40mg dbol ED - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 5 - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 6 - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 7 - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 8 - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 9 - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 10 - 250mg Test-E 2/wk
    week 11 -
    week 12 -
    week 13 - Nolvadex 40mg ED - 100mg Clomid ED
    week 14 - Nolvadex 20mg ED - 75mg Clomid ED
    week 15 - Nolvadex 20mg ED - 50mg Clomid ED
    week 16 - Nolvadex 20mg ED - 25mg Clomid ED
    week 17 -
    week 18 -

    Aromasin on stand by in case of strong sides.

    I was also wondering if it would be worth starting with just one shot of Test-E per week for a while (or the whole cycle). I know I'm not front loading it, but as this is my first cycle I don't know how I'll react to the Test.

    Trash all that. A standard first cycle would be test only, hcg and an ai. Pct Clomid and nolvadex

    Hmm, Lots of the reading I've done says Test with Dbol at the start was a good beginner cycle.

    So what you're saying is just the Test and then a pct? Thought I had a good idea of what to do, back to the drawing board I guess.

    I read that a few times, and a few others.

    The diet, and routine parts I've got nailed down.

    And I saw the suggested cycle there; the only thing I "added" was the dbol , because I've heard that because failing to front load with Test-E the Dbol gives you a boost (mental more than anything else I think) until the Test-E can build up in your body.

    Read it again properly, you missed a lot of stuff.

    How much do you weigh?

    And 15% is a lot from 20%. Which is it?

    It won't let me attach a picture I can PM the link if you want. But I'd say about 15%.

    I'm 5'10 and 190 lbs.
