So after doing some research, this is what I came up with for my first cycle.
10 week cycle 500mg Test E/wk .5mg Arimidex/eod 5000iu HCG over 10 days (pct)
Nolva 40mg/ed weeks 2 and 3 (pct) 20mg/ed weeks 4 and 5.
I was thinking of adding primo depot with the test, but that is way more expensave.
I'm 5-9, 180, and 36yo. Also, I was a drinker for many years but have not drank in over 3 months (not even for new years lol!) Anyway, any advice or info would be great. THANK YOU!

That's what I followed for my first one, everything went very smoothly.
hCG should be run throughout cycle and not as part of PCT.
PCT should include Nolva and Clomid.
You can put on alot more weight naturally, what does your diet look like?Quote:

Few things....cycle should be 12weeks and tes only, hcg on cycle no blast at end, AI should be adex @ .25 eod for starters. You should add clomid to you pct @ 100/50/50/50. Pct starts two weeks after last pin.
For the past month its been chicken, brown rice, veggies, and a post work out shake. About 1800-2000 cal per day. Trying to slim after holidays. BF is at 20%ish.
