Messed up
Hi guys!
I messed up recently so I need your advice.
I have started a dbol only cycle (which I know now was a bad idea). I've been on it for a week now, have PCT planned (got nolva and liv52). I've read through this forum a lot in the past week, and checked diet plans and all. I definitely can't diet properly to gain significant mass; according to what is stated on this site it would cost me 600-750$ a month to eat and i sure as hell can't afford that. I can manage a little bit more than 1g protein per pound of body weight.
So not only am I on a stupid cycle, but I can't get in enough food to build significant mass (gained 3lbs but I suspect it's just water retention from the dbol).
So basically, I want to stop. However, I probably shut down my test right now by taking 40mg dbol ED for a week. So, what is best? Finish my cycle (was planning on 4 weeks total) then start over after PCT?
Or, stop and start PCT right now? I'd like to stop right now if I could......I'm confused, please give me advice!

I'd just come off & wait it out
Could PCT, run some clomid with Nolvadex for like 2-4 weeks
Either way within 2 months get blood work

Test levels will get back to normal eventually right?

Also, I am 28 years old, 173lbs, 5'8''. Have been training for only a year, and this is my first try at roids.

Getting BW in 2 months is to make sure everything came back to a normal range after being shut down.

Blood test to see your levels have recovered or not
Ya it's good you stopped it. As for the budget part, start buying meat on sale and etc, you ll learn eventually how to save tons of $$$
I spend about 80$ a week and get all my meals

Eating out a lot is really not good. They put way too much fat in restaurant food.
Dbol only cycle is a crap cycle like already stated. Either get some testosterone or stop it do a mini PCT.

Yeah, I hear this - I mean a lot
Most guys around me want the same shit, but just can't hang. It's a big commitment - my diet is way dif than the average. BW is required quite often - I stay on gear year round(low dose in between cycles). There's a ton that goes with this.
What's funny is that a dBol only cycle is why I started looking into juice almost a decade ago.

Well I'm ready for a commitment; I've been going to the gym 4 times a week every week for the last year, haven't missed a single day at the gym. Once I get this food thing down I'm pretty sure I can reach 190 naturally in not too long, maybe another year and a half.

Also, I did think about mixing in Test E. However according to the info on this forum, If my eating habits aren't adjusted then no matter what I gain I will lose it post-cycle.
Right now I'm into pretty hardcore math studies, things will calm down in summer and then I can focus on controlling my diet better.
And by eating out I mean eating subway sandwiches with 76g protein and 16g fat, only 4g saturated. It's not THAT badLast edited by kehei1; 01-29-2015 at 09:24 AM.

My goal is to gain 15 pounds of lean mass, so I'm sure I can get away with not becoming fanatical over what I eat.
225-250g of protein from real food, whole grain, nuts, yogurt, whey shakes, skim milk and cottage cheese before bed seems like an OK plan to me. I don't have time to get a food scale and measure everything I eat.
