Actually the two weeks prior to pct arent bad...your not growing, but you aren't shrinking! But alas.......the party is over and the mountain that you once stood on top has swallowed you. This is the humbling process and it just sucks......nothing can really prepare you for it. Stay FOCUSED!!!!! Commit to your training, your diet and accept what is going on. This is a critical time because its not so much about what you gained, it really comes down to what you are going to keep.
