    What's worst part of PCT

    Started my PCT 2 days early after feeling like total chit today. No amount of sleep or rest feels like enough and I was literally in the shower standing up sleeping.

    Is the worst part of PCT the actual PCT or the two weeks leading up to PCT. I followed strict protocol during cycle with Ai and HCG .

    Stats 5' 10/36-225. Cycle was:
    Dbol 1-4
    Test 1-12
    Tren 5-12
    mast 11-12

    The real recovery starts after you finish pct. It's smooth for some and rough for others. Just depends on how fast things start back up

    Actually the two weeks prior to pct arent bad...your not growing, but you aren't shrinking! But alas.......the party is over and the mountain that you once stood on top has swallowed you. This is the humbling process and it just sucks......nothing can really prepare you for it. Stay FOCUSED!!!!! Commit to your training, your diet and accept what is going on. This is a critical time because its not so much about what you gained, it really comes down to what you are going to keep. Stay positive despite the funk you are in and honestly....its not a fun place to be. Stay the path brother, we have all been in your shoes. Good luck

    Well highest point on cycle I was 233 but it was when the dBol was kicking. Felt fat and slow. Leveled out at 227-228lb and now I'm holding on to 225. Before cycle I was 215. In the past two weeks I've managed to eat even cleaner than when I was on cycle. The weights still moves okay but the aggression is lower and I even managed to pull a bench PR few days ago. I have to talk myself during my big lifts to keep the aggression because I still remember what beast mode felt like so I try to pretend like I'm still in that zone.

    So ready for my next cycle after learning so much. Just have to sit on the bench for a few months. Sigh.

    Great info here.
    I try to stay focus on my routine and keep my mind busy.
    as buster stated time before pct your still good but the tail end of pct is where it starts effecting me the most.
    I still try to max out my lifts and try to get to gym more and anything to stay busy

    when every thing leaves your body. its hell, weak as hell, lethargic as hell, every day is gloomy, your life is in a downward spiral even if things are its a head thing, just absolute depressed, sex life is not there.

    One worst case scenario : your pct meds are totally bunk and bcuz you don't get bw done....you don't even know it.

    well when i got on it was 500mg test with dbol kickstart up the test to 700 did that for about 12 weeks, then i chilled for a while with about 200mg test every week. now I'm blasting tren e with test cyp and eq about 5 weeks in on that.

    Hope you're donating blood and getting BW done.

    Being Swole; echoing what others have said, everyone is different.
    I finished a 12wk cycle and did a 4 week PCT, it was a breeze.
    I had no lethargy or ups and downs and my libido stayed strong.
    Only thing I noticed was a small loss in strength but not much.

    I know personally for me, d-bol always makes me feel very lethargic and shitty, but God it works good.

    As for your PCT, it does suck and it's hard coming off. No matter what you do, you will never be able to produce as much test naturally as you can jam into your body.

    Your blood thickens on steroids (RBC & Hematocrit levels) hence the need to donate... Keeps your blood thin and could get clots if levels rise too high! So on cycle when ya get your mid cycle BW... It'll tell you if you need to donate or not by your levels(Lyman's terms)... It's a win win for both sides(you could help someone and your helping yourself as well!

    Did you keep your hcg in the fridge even before reconstruct it? I didn't in the past and I felt it had lost some power. If it wasn't necessary to keep it in the fridge even before reconstruct it Organon would not write so.

    Always in the fridge as potency will last for 90 days then lose about 10% and on... If you store at room temp the potency drops a lot faster within(30 days and loses more potency I believe as well...

    Always in the fridge as potency will last for 90 days then lose about 10% and on... If you store at room temp the potency drops a lot faster within(30 days and loses more potency I believe as well... You don't need to if its not reconstituted yet(if in box still just keep in a dark cool place - b4 reconstitution)... Then fridge it up(I put my vial inside a medicine bottle to keep bacteria away still...

    The worst part of PCT is having low testosterone for some time.

    You need to pull you mental power reserves to overcome this. Man up, and continue to eat like a lion and train smart.
