    Should I be using an AI?

    Sorry for two topics back to back. But I am currently on a 15 week test only cycle (500) (just finished my second week) and was planning to do the whole 15 weeks on straight test and nothing else. (other than pct)

    Should I be running an AI, or should I just keep one on hand incase of any negative sides??? if so what is recommended.

    Yes, run an AI. Either lstane or adex are great choices.

    Would 1mg adex every 4 days be ok or should I split it into .25 /day?

    Good rule of thumb is to run adex at .25 eod. And yes, you have to quarter the tabs.

    At 19 you should stop what you're doing immediately and PCT, then hope for everything to come back to normal.

    labs are the only way to know some do and some don't but op on cycle yes always run an ai

    Your profile says 19, and even at 22 I still believe you should hold off.
