Donate! Especially since you've been running test for 6 months... Do a double RBC donation!
it takes 120 days for rbc count to even start to drop without a donation. Best thing to do is take the guessing out run a CBC and determine if you need to donateQuote:

I have been blasting & cruising for going on two years
Due to the higher doses of gear I needing to keep my blood in check this shit is a must.
After this run I will be back to my test only dose of 300mg a week. Possibly dropping it lower this time.

Mainly it's the TRT guys who get the joy of doing this. Some way worse than others. After being on heavy gear & not donating for almost a year, my RBC & Hemocrit was borderline high. I have seen guys who run TRT doses and there's is a few points above the high side limit.
