Hi I took 30mg of Dbol yesterday and 20mg today and I have decided I want to stop, do I have to take a PCT? I have Arimibolic and Taxmoxabolic, how much should I take if any

Training - Strength 6 days eat clean
first cycle, want to stop properly

What happened, common sense kicked in or you realized via research it was poorly planned?
