I think at the least have it on hand(until mid cycle BW - IMHO.... But if you control your E2 prolactin shouldn't be an issue! I wouldn't but I'm also still dialing my AI to a real comfort zone!

My Prolac runs 4x top of normal..no idea why. Never had an issue.

Completely a secondary item to E. Control your E and not an issue.

Your prolactin is 4x normal off cycle?

There are some medical conditions that can lead to this, you need to check it

You won't need it more than likely. There's really no solid evidence of tren raising prolactin and in any case managing your estradiol is an effective way of preventing elevated prolactin and much safer than messing with dopamine and your brain.

Some need it,,and some don't. I run TREN without it with no problems.
