Hey guys I'm new here but have been a floater for quite some time now. I'm in the middle of my contest prep about 7 weeks out and I was wanting to run a clen cycle. I'm 19 174lbs somewhere just under 10% bf. Never had it measured but I've been getting really lean already with my diet and cardio. My workouts, cardio, diet is all in check 100%. I've been training for four years and I'm just wondering if I'd be able to run a clen cycle for 1 on 1 off? Is there any pct I would need to do to avoid long term side effects? I'll be getting taurine during the cycle and I already drink around 1-2 gallons of water. Should I drop my pre wo to not put any extra stress on my heart? (razor8) And should you drop other fat burners? (erase by pes)
