    whats better on cycle??

    what kind of training is better on cycle to increase size: higher reps lower weight or lower reps higher weight? experience and opinions please

    I gain only If I do heavy lifting like a set 3 or 4 sets with 6 rep max repetitions once a week per large part of my body (legs back etc.).

    I eat what I can plus I push my self to eat a lil extra this is very important no food no gains.

    and rest a lot.

    I've seen the biggest gains when doing sets of 12,10,8,6. There's a lot of volume in there and I increase the weights as I go down in reps. Consistency is the most important thing though in my opinion.

    For hypertrophy keep your working sets in the 6-8 Rep range.

    Cardifffizle the sets you have describes is exactly how I've trained for about a year now so I'll just keep with that wen I start my cycle thanks for the opinion
