First cycle advise

I've been reading for some time about what you should use for a first cycle and I'd like to check if my understanding is correct. Only injectable, for example test E 500mg/week (2 injections a week) for 10 weeks. No oral as its first cycle so it's easy to know where problem come from if there is a problem Followed by 4 weeks pct (nolva+Clomid).
Any comments, advise would be appreciated.
I've been training for about 10 years. I'm 29, 175cm, 80kg, about 10% bf

The main response you will get on here is that you need to run hcg and Arimidex on your cycle too. Check out austinite's (my first cycle) sticky thread. It actually covers everything.

Thanks guys. That was a very good read, lots of information in their. I have other questions. What is the purpose of Arimidex? Is it similar to tamoxifen (nolva)?
Also I read somewhere that hcg was only necessary if sex drive was important to you, is that true? I'm single so doesn't bother me to have it low ?

Start pct 2 weeks after last injection. You can run dbol for a kick start while waiting for the test e to start peaking, yeah get an AI, armidex start at .25 and adjust if needed. Good first cycle

Do run hCG on cycle as it will help w/recovery... By preventing testicular atrophy, keeps your testes functioning while on cycle, while stimulating your leydig cells!

Your testes are the hardest to recover as usually your HPTA is more adaptable... Whereas your testes will desensitize... Have a read on austinites "hCG and why you should take it on cycle"... Great read SND im sure you'll get some after the read! GL OP!

I cannot seem to be able to find ArimIdex in 0.25mg, only 1mg tablet. Can you cut them in quarter? Should I look harder? Am I missing something?

yes, you need to cut the pharma 1mg pills

^^^ This... Or top right ar-r has liquidex(is Arimidex but in liquid form)... "Research Purposes"... Etc! Or yes one would have to cut em in quarters(real powdery... And crush easily... Just my experience w/the tabs(Stane or A-dex)...

Okay. I've finally managed to get everything (test, Hcg, ArimIdex, Clomid and tamoxifen). It wasn't easy and took some time but now I'm ready to start. Wish me luck :-)
I'll keep regular update on my progress.

Hi,
I though I'll give an update halfway through my first cycle. I've gain about 5kg so far but looking at the mirror no fat gain, it seems my arms got bigger. My strength has increased a lot, I'm doing incline dumbbell press with 50kg dumbbells 4x10, where I used to struggle doing 5 reps.
My libido is crazy too.
My gains seems to have happen at the beginning but I've been stung at the same weight for the past 2 weeks. I'm already eating what seems a lot to me. Should I keep increasing my calorie? I don't want to gain fat though.
