Ok first up here are my stats..
age: 22
Height: 5'10
Weight: 220
My diet is a iifym type diet with mostly healthy meats, carbs, and fats. Im doing IF, and still have quite a bit of fat, and am kinda weak.. my goals are to shred some fat while also getting stronger/cut. I dont want a huge physique, just to be shredded, so im looking for a beginner cycle, not afraid of needles... would like to add some lean mass while lifting, and doing cardio... thanks guys!
