So, I'm having a few obstacles in my path in the search for what I need. First off, a little about myself: I'm 20, about 120 pounds. Maybe 5% total body fat. I've worked out steadily before and gained strength well, as well as size. But that was using Amplified Creation 189 from GNC. Over the course of a semester at school I gained 65lbs of strength in my bench, and as an example of size about 1.75 inches around my bicep. The whole time I gained AT MOST 3 pounds. Eating like a cow and hitting the weights daily.
Now, my base question is what do I need anabolic wise to gain as much MUSCLE weight as possible. I know that sounds generic, "I wanna gain as much as I can". I'm small, with an athletic build already. But I want to be bigger. I'm not trying to gain 50 pounds in a month, I know that's not gonna happen. I understand that it is going to take time, but I want something that's gonna start showing results quickly.
I've read on multiple sites, researched a lot, and came up with little. I've kinda narrowed it down to just test, deca, or tren. With DECA I need to supplement test along with it. A lot of cons with tren.
What do you suggest? And what, if any, would I need to stack?
