    What to do?

    So, I'm having a few obstacles in my path in the search for what I need. First off, a little about myself: I'm 20, about 120 pounds. Maybe 5% total body fat. I've worked out steadily before and gained strength well, as well as size. But that was using Amplified Creation 189 from GNC. Over the course of a semester at school I gained 65lbs of strength in my bench, and as an example of size about 1.75 inches around my bicep. The whole time I gained AT MOST 3 pounds. Eating like a cow and hitting the weights daily.

    Now, my base question is what do I need anabolic wise to gain as much MUSCLE weight as possible. I know that sounds generic, "I wanna gain as much as I can". I'm small, with an athletic build already. But I want to be bigger. I'm not trying to gain 50 pounds in a month, I know that's not gonna happen. I understand that it is going to take time, but I want something that's gonna start showing results quickly.

    I've read on multiple sites, researched a lot, and came up with little. I've kinda narrowed it down to just test, deca, or tren. With DECA I need to supplement test along with it. A lot of cons with tren.

    What do you suggest? And what, if any, would I need to stack?

    You do not need any steroids at this time. Your hormones are already at there peak. Hit the nutrition forum and post up what your eating and have those guys sort out your diet. You will make gain and you will need to do this before ever considering a cycle anyway.

    You say you have researched a lot well it certainly was not on this forum because there is no information on here unless it is many many years old that says you use tren or deca for a first cycle at your age. I am not bursting your balls op just read and learn before you cause damage to yourself.

    Diet and Training will get you where you need to be! Without a proper foundation your honna lose all gains due to your diet and training not being dialed in!

    And IMHO, if your askin for a stack at 20 yrs old then you HAVENT done Any research here.... Are you aware of the risks of cycling at your age?? Damage to your pituitary/testicular loop(maybe permantly, ED probs, hormonal imbalances, etc) to name a few... We're only tryin to help you be as safe as possible...

    Have a read at "The Young and Steroids" & all of "Austinites Educational Article Database"...

    Plus at your age your Test levels are still rising(use that to your advantage now)... As Dialing in your diet is a must(always room for improvement)... Myself included! GL OP & I hope you reconsider!

    I'd say wait till your older but don't listen to people that talk shit about how small you are when you start! If you have an athletic toned body already you say you have been training for years and your 120 at 25 go for it! Look at my one year progress for some motivation if you like. Who knows this guy ain't got a thyroid problem why he can't gain weight? My advice would be go doctors get your thyroid checked wait till your 25 and if you still wanna go for it then do it

    Test only though!

    When I was your age I only weighed about two pounds more than you. Unfortunately for me, they did not have the internet yet and finding information was not so easy. I purchased some steroids and took them. At first I was excited because for the first time I started gaining weight. The problem was, is that it was not muscle. It was simply water weight. I did gain about 25 pounds, but as soon as I stopped taking them I lost all of the weight I gained. Although steroids can help pack on some pounds, unless you learn how to eat properly to maintain any growth you make, it all goes away. Then, because I also had never heard of PCT I ran into several other problems over the years.

    When I was 30 I started to learn more about diet, nutrition and this is when my life began to change with regards to putting on and keeping weight. Now I am 205lbs, but it took me more than a decade to learn how to do it properly and keep it.

    For now, keep working out and doing what you are doing. You said you are getting stronger and that you are gaining some size. When doing it naturally you are creating a stronger base to grow on when you get older. Keep up the good work and it is good that you have unbiased people here that want to steer you in the right direction. Good luck!
