    short 1 week cycle for running competition

    Hi, I have a 15km run in 2 months, and now I’m naturally bulking for summer, so I have some extra weight on.
    I still wanted to make a good timing, what could be an aid?
    I’d take something just 1 week before competition. Would start with t3, maybe some 50mcg daily, that should give a good endurance. Clen, ephedrine, caffeine not, there’s no need to bump BP.
    What could help further, maybe Winstrol tablets one week before?? I’d stay away from injectables with esters.
    Dbol might increase RBC too, but it adds weight, so its not interresting.
    It should be a DHT in pill form right?
    What else? Low dose AI? Or could that result in joints problems during the run?

    You have 2 months, train properly for event and you will get more out of that than anything you will do for a week..

    Like kapper said, just train hard, eat a good diet and go the natural root.

    I'm actually training, this topic is about, what could one take, 1 week before an endurance competition. I'd go with T3 and a DHT. someone has another view??

    My guess is you would be worse off. I'm always tired feeling the first week or so of a cycle

    Endurance is all about red blood cell counts. I've been reading a book about doping in professional cycling, and the main focus is on getting hematocrit in the 55-60 range. They use test as well for strength, and a peptide like compound called RePO that drives up rbc quick. They also have to monitor blood counts daily and take a lot of precautions to avoid blood clots and possibly death in their sleep. Not something you want to get into for recreational use for sure.

    Why has the answer always got to be in PED's for you. Be a man and just fvcking do it. Or don't.

    The only thing you should consider cycling that week (or at all IMO) is carbs.
