Hi, I have a 15km run in 2 months, and now I’m naturally bulking for summer, so I have some extra weight on.
I still wanted to make a good timing, what could be an aid?
I’d take something just 1 week before competition. Would start with t3, maybe some 50mcg daily, that should give a good endurance. Clen, ephedrine, caffeine not, there’s no need to bump BP.
What could help further, maybe Winstrol tablets one week before?? I’d stay away from injectables with esters.
Dbol might increase RBC too, but it adds weight, so its not interresting.
It should be a DHT in pill form right?
What else? Low dose AI? Or could that result in joints problems during the run?
