Yet another "first cycle, help"
Before I lay out my cycle here's some basic stats on myself:
22 years old
6'0" - 193lbs
Lifting for 3.5 years
Gained 50lbs naturally
Unsure of exact body fat %. Estimate 8-10
Current nutritionmildly aggressive cut)
2345cals
30g Fat
213g Carb
285g Protein
Will be slowly upping calories (carbs primarily, reverse dieting)
Planned Cycle:
Weeks 1-12:
Test Enanthate - 500mg/week
Arimidex - .5mg EOD
Weeks 1-4:
DBol - 30mg/day (possibly, undecided)
Weeks 15-16:
Nolva 40mg/day
Clomid 100mg/day
Weeks 17-18:
Nolva 20mg/day
Clomid 40mg/day

to young to light keep pushing naturaly for atleast another 2 year at 6 feet you should be able to reach 200 no problem

However your AI starting point is a bit to high... .25mg and get mid cycle BW to determine if you need to bump it up or not along w/complete hormone panel, if you go thru w/this(which I don't advise you to) as your natty test is peaking! Use this as stated above at your age you need more food....

Man, what's with the impatience of youth these days? I mean TRT for life bro... Think about it... Is being alittle bigger right now worth a LIFE TIME of problems? I haven't been around here but a few and this is just like a broken record day in and day out smh....
