That powder you have needs to be BREWED UP mate. You dont just add it to water lol. The powder is the first step and a dozen more to follow.

If you are asking about tes e raw powder it needs to be brewed up as mentioned. That is something that you don't just dive in to. If it is something other then that than you need to know that tes e is an injectable only.
