Deca or tren E with Test E?

M 5'10 200lbs 16% BF! I want to stay around 200-210lbs and reduce BF% and gain muscle. Oh and I'm 40yo

Your stats look good but what's your cycle experience? Deca is much milder then tren and is a good precursor to using tren. Tren does have the ability to melt away fat but is also not a compound to be taken lightly.

This will be my 2nd cycle

I'm currently running NPP... Which is what I'd suggest(it's the same exact compound 'Nandrolone' just a shorter ester)... I tried Tren A for say 4 wks and realized I wasn't ready... So I came off and decided to go w/NPP as I'm doing a lean bulk and yesterday(day 10)really felt an increase in libido :), strength, and feels like I'm pumped more so than other compounds I've used!

If it stays this way then I'll be extremely happy! Just my .02 as its my first true 19 nor

npp is a wonderful compound. I wouldn't run the Tren unless your attempting to get shredded and for a 2nd cycle I would say no Tren

This is great knowledge. I will hold off on the tren for now.

I think that's a very smart move on your behalf! Just from my experience I wasn't ready and I had a couple more cycles under my belt!

However it's a great compound and will use it in the future for sure but so far so good w/NPP! GL OP!

Plenty of time for tren use the deca or get npp i love the stuff.

I'm going with test e and the deca. Going to backload with win!

I second the npp. It is good stuff. Smooth injection and nice hard muscles.
