At your age and size, the only thing you should be cycling is your carbohydrate intake.
I think you mean how far should you run, not what should you run. Start out with 2 or 3 miles a day and work your way up. Also work on your diet. It's usually as simple as the quality of food you are eating. Stop eating anything pre packaged and refined sugar.
If you are talking about a cycle I suggest dont go with a walmart cycle, get a good quality one from a bike shop, they tend to last longer and shift better. Also great for burning fat.

I did already start, but I was just curious on what I should run to lose weight people keep telling me Anavar or Clen
Stop, and do pct like I told you in the other thread. Go to the diet section and let them help you put a meal plan together, then figure out a good routine to lose bf and gain muscle.

Clen can help a little bit, but in my opinion only if you are already losing weight. Both my wife and I have taken it in the past without changing our diets and exercise routines and we did not lose any weight. But, when you are already losing weight it will help expedite the process. Good luck
At this point still not worth the risks, once under 10% with some experience under your belt maybe look at clen.
