    T+t+m / t+t+d ?

    Hi,

    I need to choose one of the two options :-) My goal is staying with low %BF, keeping fitness model/aesthetics look with slow adding lean muscle tissues. My diet is about +200-300kcal, 5-6x week lift and everyday cardio so i think two most imporant things are in check ;-) What about compounds?

    Option 1

    Test 250-350mg week
    Tren 350mg-500mg week
    Master 350mg week

    Option 2

    Test 250-350mg week
    Tren 350-500mg week
    Deca 400mg week
    ( cabaser in hand becouse 2x 19-nor )

    Option 1 is about high androgens cycle. Does anyone has experience with adding lean bulk cycle with "dry/cut" compounds? What can i exepct?

    Option 2 is about middle androgenic and anabolic cycle. Can deca make shit look ( puffy/wet )?

    holy shit... great physics...

    I would recommend mast, will gives you a hard dry look. while gaining Muscle.

    I used test, test+npp, test+tren.
    Nice physique my man! Test/Tren/mast will shred the sh*t outta your already cut up look(nice striations in those shoulders too! This will give you that real dry hard look I believe your looking for!

    Are you competing? I can see that in your future... Lol also I would still keep a DA like caber/Prami on hand if your running any 19nor(1or 2)... Keeping E2 in check will prevent prolactin from rising...

    Cycle 2 would be a better choice IMO. Do you plan on running hcg, an AI and do you have a pct planned?

    im curious, why do you recommend tren/deca over tren/mast.

    with deca even if he might gain more muscle he might also retain more water and combining two 19nor can be a bitch(ive got gyno 2 weeks in running those 2...)
    obviously alot have run it successfully but either way with his shape tren mast would do wonder...

    He is plenty ripped and you can't make an omlete without breaking an egg so I don't feel the mast is going to help him here. To be honest it looks OP already knows what works so I am a little curious why he needs advice. May be even better off running a low dose of npp for joint relief at 300 mgs a week and keeping tes/tren the same.

    You are saying he needs water retention and fat to gain muscle?

    I think he diet is pretty much in check so water retention should not be much of a problem. He could also go NNP instead of deca to help limit the water retention.

    But wait i still dont understand why he cant use tren and mast to gain lots of muscle?

    He can of course, it just depends on if he want more/quicker mass vs some mass and drying out more. I guess it depends on what his plans are, competing or not anytime soon. Mast is not a good mass builder like deca but then everyone is different and he may get good results from it. He has used nnp before and it doesnt look like he had any problems with it in the past.

    Consensus? :-D

    Test 350mg
    Tren 420mg
    Mast 350mg
    Deca 300mg



    I like Deca/NPP for muscle fullness ( orals like tbol/dbol/drol/var are good for it too, but i don't like to run them ;-) so i always choose npp/deca, cheap and effective even in low dose ), mast can be good for dry, hard look and vascularity. Test + Tren = you know, king stack ;-P

    ^^^^ that would be a LOT of gear and you might end up with E2 or prolactin issues. Any reason not to just stick with what worked last cycle?

    Cabaser should be used always, regardless if 1 or 2x 19nor.
    2x 19nor shouldn’t be used at the same time.
    You look very ripped, and masteron might make you look very unnatural.
    I don’t see any need to throw deca in, if you have tren already.
    If you want more size, simply up the test, or lower the AI.
    If I was you, I’d start with test tren and masteron, Up the test for size, up the masteron for hardness.

    OP needs to eat in order to gain muscle and unless he is genetically gifted and really on his game with his AI and diet he could put on some bad weight. The cycle I suggested (tes, tren, npp for joint relief) wouldn't add bad weight due to the compounds themselves. Recomp cycles can be tricky in that once the cycle is over you really didn't gain much.
