    Steroids and vertical leap

which steroid combo would benefit most for an improvement in vertical? Im 5'10 currently and can dunk with one hand and have tried a lot of plyometric programs out there, which have gotten me inches but as of lately the gains have been half an inch to an inch over a 3-4 month period. I want to gain a good 3 to 4 more inches on it and was wondering if steroids could potentially help out, I have never used any type of steroid before, so if you could tell me which one would be ideal, how much of it to use, how to administer it, and how much it will cost me with post cycle therapy for a 3 month cycle that would be greatly appreciated. I have heard to stay away from winny because its bad for the joints as well as tren because it is not good to do for a first cycle and I could develop potential flu like symptoms. Ive also heard that test is good for anyones first cycle, but that's to gain mass and I don't think that would be ideal for vertical improvement.

Start reading "Austinites Educational Article Database" it'll answer all your questions throught the article!

As for getting someone to spoon feed you the info(or plan a cycle for you) you must need to educate yourself as you will never know how to do this properly and the safest way to do so!

In the "Database" is another sticky "Planning and executing my first successful cycle" another must read... As the whole database is filled w/great knowledge... And is dumbed down for people w/out proper backgrounds to understand it quite simply!

GL with your research and journey!

so I read some of the articles of the austenite database and where is did help to teach me how to do some of the things like pct and but it didn't actually give me any specific information in regards to vertical improvement and which steroid best pertained to speed and explosiveness

Squats. That will help. I can't think of any compound that will help you. Just squat more often.

Testosterone in doses of 600mg or more increased type II muscle fibers significantly more than at lower doses. A test only cycle still fits in line with your goals but I don't know about any other compounds. Even with the test though, you still need to know how to train to increase your vertical. Squats and deadlifts, dynamic effort squats and deads, box jumps, Oly lifts, front squats, etc all are lifts that can help with maximal strength and power development but you need to know how to program them along with actual jump training.

Power cleans. Not max weight but explosive. Engages calves, hams, quads, and glutes and gets them all working in unison for an explosive movement.

Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.

^^^What evander said. I was also going to recommend a 'weightlifting' approach, i.e. power cleans and snatch.
