    Post Test E & Tren A

    Hi Guys, need some advice on my cycle.

    Im heading into my 3 week with Test E 250mg- twice a week.

    Im wanting to stack my Tren A for the next 8 weeks. I have 100mg.

    How much should I be taking, is it a good idea to go with Test E and how much?

    This is my 3rd cycle. --- Only used Test E on first 2 cycles. 300mg twice a week, 10 weeks.

    22yo, 150lbs, 6ft.

    Was 110lb, 5'10 first cycle.

    3rd cycle and you're only 150lbs @ 6ft? No offense but you are failing miserably at eating enough and or training properly.
    Your age and height, you get your nutrition and your training on point and you could easily hit 190-210lbs naturally in my opinion.
    I would head over to the nutrition section and post up what you eat in a day, you will get great advise there.
    For learning how to train properly, I would head over to the Lounge and read Marcus's diary from the beginning.

    Anyone could hit 500lbs naturally, it means nothing without BF%. [email protected]' is a beast if it's lean, not possible for most people naturally.

    Yeah well common sense knows I didn't mean @ 50% BF.
    I've hit 180lbs >8%BF at 5'7 naturally so, whatever this isn't about me.
    Everyone claiming genetics needs to stop. Work harder, and work even harder on your nutrition.
    Hes too small and too young! hopefully hes smart enough to listen.

    Always been naturally small. My diet is on point. I play soccer so im running 5-8 miles a game twice a week, plus regular training and weight lifting. I did my first cycle at 18 then my second at 21. Im naturally "lanky" I have great strength but im wanting to look and feel much bigger. I had my blood work done before all my cycles and my T is always low, same as my pops.

    I didnt need advice on my diet or my training, just the tren with the test, please & thank you.

    Tren and Test aren't going to make you bigger if you arent eating enough.

    If you want to get bigger, eat more.

    clue, your nutrition is not on point.

    If you had low T before your first cycle, maybe you should figure out why before you start putting AAS into your system. Something was obviously wrong.

    Diet:

    Morning:
    3 Free Range Brown Raw Eggs, Whey Powder, Banana, Whole Milk.
    Ground Beef Tacos. Water

    Mid Morning:
    Cottage Cheese with blueberries or raspberries.
    Protein Bar, Almonds, Water.

    Lunch:
    Solid White albacore tuna, with Himalayan salt, Multigrain crackers, pickle. two hard boiled eggs. Juice (Homemade from juicer, Celery, cucumber, tomato, etc...)

    Snack:
    PBJ on Non White bread. Multigrain Rice. Water

    Before Training:
    Apple or Orange. Protein Shake.

    After Training:
    Protein Shake, General salad, Whole Rotisserie Chicken, with Himalayan salt, lemon juice and sharp cheddar.

    Dinner: Meat/ Fish (Salmon, Tilapia, Cod, Haddock...) Or red meat- Steak, typically london broil.
    Broccoli, asparagus, carrots. Non white rice. Water x2.

    Before Bed:
    Cottage Cheese on non white toast.

    I don't eat anything GMO--- Which in this country, America, is almost everything!!!

    How can I improve my nutrition, sir?

    Stop using steroids they won't help you at all imho. Your problem is clear your not eating enough its that simple. Also your training may need help but without seeing how you train its hard to comment but using aas isn't the answer all your going to do is cause yourself more problems.

    Thats a bad diet to grow muscles.

    You dont need steroids , you are too young and dont have frame. Furthermore tren would make your football imposible.

    Taking steroids so young is a big risk.

    if you are naturally skinny then eat more... and dont care about "clean" diet or whatever the **** it means.

    just eat more...

    oatmeal and whey do wonder. add three cup of oatmeal a day and increase 1 cup everywrrk until you gain weight.

    plus WTF with OGMs...
    you want to inject a cattle steroids but no OGMs are not healthy...

    first of 99% of OGM has no negative impact whatsoever on health...
    so this is just some Hippys bullshit.

    get real...
    eat more.

    If you are struggling with gaining weight. Do this.

    1 Tablespoon of peanut butter (15-20g) with every meal.
    That's an extra 150-200 calories per meal. Assuming you have 4-5 meals, that is an easy 600-800 calories into your day which should be enough to grow. Peanut butter literally doesn't fill you up if you only have a tablespoon with each meal.

    Just remember that building a strong foundation then hopping on gear will always provide better results than just hopping on straight on.
    Also having seen this first hand, if you 'bulk' while on gear and you gain weight a stupidly quick rate (weight that can easily be gained naturally) you might struggle with the cardio aspect of your sport because your calves/shins/feet will ache as they are not built to handle such a increase in weight in such a small amount of time. This might not apply to you, but at 160lbs you'll shoot up in weight and will regret the process.

    Thank you for the comment. Majority of you were helpful.

    I will be pinning the tren today. Ill check back with u guys and let you know how it is. I know most of you are older, if not twice my age so u dont know.

    FYI add a whole rotisserie chicken to yr own diets. at least 120 g of protein and 1200 cal in one from Walmart about $5. i eat on every day. thats more than enough protein for one meal. Dont eat the skin. Remove from package so u dont eat the juice.

    I eat lean foods because of the sport I play, dont like to eat too put peanut butter because of the fat, would rather get the casein protein from cottage cheese. I wanted to do the tren to increase muscle, and strength. Im going be on for 8 weeks then hit PTC Nolvadex .

    As i said before, ill post back with results or lack of results.


    For the "OGMs" guy----- first of all its GMO. (shows your lack of knowledge on a subject- so dont talk about it)

    I am all for improving my diet, so suggestions are welcomed. My training is fine since i work with the University i play soccer for. All coaches have degrees and are fully trained. (Insert another stupid user comment here)

    Not trying to bulk and not be able to wipe my own ass or walk thru a door sideways. Just gonna be defined and cut, with block abs bigger chest and arms for the summer as we have a tournament in Spain, France and Germany.

    Let us know how tren affects cardio. To my knowledge it will make breathing slightly more difficult but am interested how it works for you

    I would wait till 25 even though you may have already set in works for more issues down the line already...

    You can have a great diet but training is just as important. I guarantee you you're not training the way you're supposed to when you want to gain muscle. You skipped too many steps and started taking aas. Just like a bunch of ding dongs that went to my highschool and never looked good on aas and still don't look good. You're basically setting yourself up for failure.

    By the way, I'm 22 years old myself. But I started lifting and was serious into bodybuilding at age 17. I trained my *** off and I just finished my first cycle. At least I paid my dues in the gym. I had a good foundation and got amazing results from my cycle.

    You're not ready man.

    Thanks for your input. However, i complete at the DIVISION 1 level. I trained my ass off to get to where I am now. I recieved a full-ride scholarship. Im not going to have some ****er on a forum tell me i havent trained hard. I never went to Highschool in this country so i dont know what its like but no one out works me on the field.

    I was told to start lifting when i got to this country, being from England where majority are smaller than the average american (again GMO hormone food) since then 19 i have put on 35-40lbs and gained 2 inches in height.

    Thanks for commenting but you have no "guarantee" that im "not training the way" im "supposed to." I out work everyone on my team, and i out work anyone on any other team. I was recommended the Test and it worked well, i got hooked and wanted more.

    You have no idea what it takes to be an athlete like the rest of the idiots here, go pick up your weights and enjoy your bodybuilding.. youll see me on TV in the next year with a million dollar contract. thank you.

    I agree that some Modification made, seems logical to be less healthy. and even harmfull... Like corn creating a pesticide to kill insects.

    I'm talking about weightlifting not training for football(soccer).

    I'm a former footballer and played at a very high level and I just can't understand why the hell you need aas in the first place. There's no place for steroids in football . Alls I know is that if you had half a brain, you would know enough not to take tren and expect to perform better playing football.

When we were 30 we realized how clueless we were at 25 and at 40 realized how immature we were at 30 still. Get the point? No I'm sure you dont but you will in 20 years.
