Rich Piana talks about PCT but am I missing something here?
I have been watching his videos for a while now and he says some interesting things. I watched this video at around the 7:40 mark he talks about how he uses HCG . Also in this video he talks more about HCG use. The way he does is it totally different from what I have read on how to use HCG properly. Any input?

He doesn't know how to run it properly to be giving advice on it's use. Disregard anything you get from his videos unless you use it for entertainment purposes only.

Very simple
he is stupid and dont know shit about human physiology...
his saying arent backed by ANY studies well made or not.
HCG do not work this way and as far as I know he is not an alien with different physiology...
like his training advice(who are totally retarded...) its bullshit and ways to attract attention that work pretty well... unfortunatly...
most of his "muscle" are implant and synthol anyway.
dont listen to that guy..

I don't understand the blatant hostility toward Rich Piana, but you do have to watch enough of his videos to realize that his advice is not geared toward the recreational user. I believe he is honest about what he's taken and how he's taken it and he's okay with the fact that he doesn't always do things according to conventional wisdom. Although I believe he's used synthol in his arms, its ridiculous to say most of his muscle is fake. Its very obvious that his overall physique is heavily muscled so whatever he does obviously works for him. With regards to his pct advice, its important to know that he has said in other videos that he generally only comes off for small amounts of time (4-6 weeks). I guess his theory is that short breaks keeps his system guessing. So really, he's always on and he just uses super high doses of hcg as a bridge while he is off of test. So if you follow that train of thought, his high dosing makes sense, but it should not be considered as any part of typical pct for someone who is truly trying to come off and regain natty production for the long term.

Rich Piana preaches the 90´s method of pct. It is not nearly as effective (if effective at all) as todays methods. He uses the argument that he is bigger than everybody to make people listen to him, however that doesnt mean he knows to cycle safely. His an arrogant shithead who is stuck in his own little bubble.

There is no point even talking about PCT when you're on a decent amount of gear all the time. 99% of the massive guys never ever come off, it's that plain and simple. A pro bodybuilder once said to me, "You're on until your done"
