Pre-Cycle Prolactin levels, and question when running a 19nor???

Hello all,

I got my pre-cycle BW, and my Prolactin levels were 4.1-----4.0-15.2 ng/ml(LabCorp)...

If my prolactin levels were on the very low end of spectrum, so I'm currently running prop/NPP... I'm 16 days in and Prami dose is at .25mgs and I feel great! AI - A-Dex .25mgs eod, hCG 500iu twice wkly - being primary hypogonadal does taking a higher hCG dose do any good or is the hCG just as effective at 250iu 2x wkly?

Should I pull BW b4 the 6wk mark for prolactin? I feel great, libido is way up, strength up, and all good no sides thus far!

Prop-600mgs wkly pinning ed at 85mgs 1-12
NPP - 420mgs wkly pinning ed at 55mg 1-8 or 10
Winny/ 50mg oral 6-12
Depends may run T3 from 5-12 if so will up cals by 500 off TDEE and adjust if needed!

Hey man ! Id just pull 6 wker unless you feel you estrogen climbing. You have good experience with cycling right ? I know from most of your posts you have a pretty good comprehension of what's going on. Your knowledge seems quite in depth. With prolactin starting at 4.1 and you are controlling your estrogen well.... Which I'm sure you know your doses and needs to keep yourself in your ideal range.... You shouldn't have much of a rise if any. I'm not as familiar with npp as I am Deca, I've only done alittle npp to kickstart a deca blast once and my 8 wk bloods were just like the one with the same protocol minus the npp were. So bearing in mind you don't let your estrogen get wacky 6wks should be good.

I'd just do the bw at 6 weeks. You already know this but keep the E2 in check and the prolactin will be easy to control. Glad you can handle prami. That stuff did not agree with me.

Hey Tec, yeah i agree with both of you and just the 6 wk protocol! I feel great... Even better than last time... Seems A-dex is/was a better choice for me... I used to take Stane... It was probly underdosed as I never had problems after I switched to ar-r for all my ancilleries!

But I feel much more in balance this cycle and the only thing switched was the Stane to a-dex! So that's good! And thx for the kind words aswell lol...

I was more worried w/the sides of low prolactin which can have effects on other hormones causing the sh*tty sides! But E2 seems g2g so ill keep titrating the prami slowly since I feel good... I've heard people go up to .75mgs... Seems overkill but we'll see when I pull the bloods!

Sides from low (er) prolactin are over-rated imho. You'll be fine.

The Prami only made me feel nauseous one night(the 2nd but I was just getting over a cold too) lol... Yeah it knocks me out... My last cycle w/this prop I couldn't sleep for Sh*t... I'm sleepin better than ever! Lol

I've heard not many like the sides if they get em(and TBH-I was scared thinkin damn it's gonna be like this the whole cycle), but Jimmyinkedup told me how it has a profound effect on the D3 receptor(in short it helps w/dopamine) It's effects are great when BBing... Helping w/the release of GH, and is 7x greater on the D3 site which controls sexual function or dysfunction should I say... It has great effects lowering prolactin which causes the sexual dysfunction to begin...

Thx for the reply I figured as much especially feeling that my E2 is in a good spot!

Thx Kel, I had told myself after doing some searching that having lower prolac was better than high prolactin! I damn sure know I don't want high prolac... Just wanted opinions from more experienced users...

I'd think you'd be fine with just your adex until mid cycle bloods like the guys said. Just be on-point with your AI and adjust at that time if needed.

I've been able to control prolactin when taking tren just by keeping the E2 in check. I do have caber available just in case bw shows prolactin needs attention.

I think I can do that too! I was just a tad nervous(it being my first 19nor)... But I agree... A-Dex til mid cycle bloods! Thx fellas... Maybe just needed to hear it from someone else(as it boosted my confidence)!
