OK so im getting ready to start my first cycle tonight. I wanted to throw it out there to just make extra sure its exactly what I should be doing. ive done my research and I thing this would be ideal for me. opinions and comments pls
week 1-12, test e 500mg a week pin mon/wed
week 1-4, test p 100mg eod
week 1-14, arimidex .25 eod
week 1-12, hcg 500iu a week pin'd with test e
week 14-18, clomid75,50,50,50
nolv40,40,20,20

23 y/o
196lb

We've already discussed your age... So you know and have done the research on that(possible risks etc)...
With that said... Wks 13-14 still take hCG up to 3 days prior to PCT...All looks good bro! Glad to see you come on here and take the advice from all the members and incorporate... As well as giving advice where you can! You've come a long way in the past few months(a lot more to learn) but great job!
This will be the best and safest option! Drink lots if water(the more you drink the more you expell) and keep your E2 in check and get proper BW(did you get your pre cycle BW to compare it to)... Good luck on starting your journey!
I would drop the test prop. No need for that much on first cycle and pin the test e on mon and thurs
If it's your first cycle why the prop front load? What's the hurry?

Yes. Simply follow Austinites Successful First Cycle layout and you'll do just fine. Slow and steady wins here. Be sure to get BW as it's vital and is your best learning tool you have. Focus on your nutrition, train your ars off and you'll do great.Quote:
