Good luck on your cycle, you should make some good progress. Try to get your hands on an AI such as arimadex or aromasin to help with sides.

I would definitely get some hCG asap if you couldn't get it! Was your guy just out or he doesn't even carry it?

PCT should contain both clomid and Nolvadex (tamoxifen ) as they work together much better(by taking both will help w/your recovery significantly; and faster! Also that's why hCG on cycle is the ticket to keep your testes from atrophy, functioning while on,stimulation of leydig cells...

And your AI looks like a-dex as you have it dosed at .25mgs eod... Is that right?

Correct Adex. And no my guy just can't get the hCG . Is it THAT important?
