how to split ai dosage help needed.

I ordered my ai, arimidex not noticing that they are capsules at 1mg a piece. I only need .25 per dose so what can I do to split the dose? anyone experienced this

Hi,

I open the capsule and empty the contents into a plastic tray (with a lid) and then use a card to split the powder into 4. Then just dab the powder up when you need it. The powder stays reasonably contaminant free in the tray and I just put that in a cupboard ready for next dose.

You could use a sharp razor blade (BE CAREFUL!!!) and split your 1mg into 4 pieces
