I am 31 years old, 173 cm height, 67 kg weight. What steroid I should use to increase the bone density?

I believe your answer lies in exercise and proper nutrition and supplementation rather than a particular AAS.

Although I did find a couple of studies that suggest AAS can increase bone density.

[Effect of anabolic steroids on osteoporosis]. - PubMed - NCBI
    ...and an older study...
The action of anabolic steroids on bone in experimental animals. - PubMed - NCBI

...and one that specifically addresses hypogonadal males and osteoporosis.

Read the studies listed above. But just remember that any load bearing exercise will increase bone density over time. If your concerned about your spine then squats or anything overhead will load the spine. Adequate nutrition is a must also.
