Injury
Does injecting near injury site help with recovery?
Rehabing shoulder surgery.

No and it's best to not use and aas while recovering. I know it's tempting. Ive had extensive shoulder surgery and 2 back surgeries. You have a higher risk of re injuring/damaging your shoulder if you use aas.

Physical therapy, time, TB500 might help and legit HGH but only if you get it via RX. 99% out there is fake and you dont want to waste your money.

Yup you dont want to push it. Co worker just had to have surgery for a 2nd time on his shoulder due to re injuring it less than 6 months after surgery.
I was back in the gym after about 6 weeks but with LIGHT weight. I didnt even try anything heavy for over 1yr and then really not very heavy like before.
