Steroids and IQ
Do steroids influence cognitive functions? For the better or worse?
What is your experience while on cycle? If you experience changes, are they permanent?

The only problem with your newfound genius is that you will no longer be content with your current circumstances. Your boss no longer pays you enough, and you should be a neurosurgeon.

If this is a serious question, I guess it's possible (sort of, read below). If you have low hormone levels then an increase in testosterone could help. It could also do he opposite. If you don't follow a cycle down to the T, have all the other add-ons you need (like AI's on hand, HCG , proper PCT, proper dosages, etc, etc, etc), then your hormones can jump all over the place and can make you a mess. Hormonal, moody, "roid rage ", hard to concentrate, feeling "foggy", etc.
But does it actually improve cognitive function (in the true meaning of the word.... I studied cognitive psychology for a number of years)? No, not at all.

If you are worried about this then I suggest you dont use Steroids , alcohol or any illegal substances, you may not have any extra brain cells to spare.
