    T4 coverted to T3

    Hello! I ran out of my t3 and I've been using 50mcg every day through contest prep cycle. Thought more would be in by now and it hasn't landed yet.

    If i run 200mcg of t4 will that be the exact as the 50 mcg t3 dose?

    I've been using prescription t3 too. Stuff was amazing. I'm hoping t4 doesn't change anything up! Thank ya sir.

    Yea it's 25% so 200mcg
