I found saw palmetto 500 mg can i use it day on day off?

I take Saw Palmetto everyday... It is a herbal supplement used to reduce the risk prostate cancer and decreasing symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

I have never heard of people using it for anything else.... then again, maybe I am out of the loop.....

Its used to combat hairloss too,am having 500 mg and i know the usual dosage is around 160-320 so dunno how can i use these

Okay.... I think you've bumped enough.

First off, you're asking the question the wrong forum... You should be posting in the supplement section and you might get some better help.

Second based on some quick research, because I've never heard of anyone using saw palmetto for hair loss before. I found that it may help but that is definitely not the primary purpose. There are much better things to use for that concern, ie; propecia.

The issue with propecia is that it increases the hairloss from the deca,am gonna run a test deca cycle
