I've never tried t3 but I don't like clen my prostate starts hurting every time I tried it
They're two different things man ... Take both lol but if your on t3 you want to be on test as well as t3 will take energy from anywhere including muscle .
If your on clen do 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off , be sue to take taurine and taper up :
40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/100/100/100/120/120/120
That's how I used to do it worked great

never tried clen or t3, but for clen i have no intentions to use it, albuterol is a better choice i think and for my prep in summer i'm gonna do em both, i hear they are very synergistic together.
If you can handle the sides clen is amazing , personally I don't really get a lotQuote:

I've only used clen and I absolutely love it. Helps me too burn fat more efficiently (stacked with a proper diet of course), but more valuable to me is Clen's anti-catbolic effect because as someone who doesn't use AAS, I would otherwise lose significantly more muscle than if I wasn't using clen. For me, I hardly experience the sides from clen (even running up to 140 mcg) other than the shakes and cramps if I'm not taking enough taurine. Most people don't tolerate clen as well as I do though, so it kind of comes down to trying it for yourself and seeing how you react.
I am a fan of t3 and t4 for fat loss. I have tried clen twice and feel the sides just aren't worth the extra 100 calories a day (or so) that will be burnt.
I've got up to 120 mcg of clen and can feel some slight sides so I guess this is a good stopping point. What is taurine for?
Cramp prevention.
They work well together (as Reiid said T3 on cycle; any aas will do). There's no need to ramp or taper Clen after your first cycle, that's just done to assess tolerance, which is varied (by individual) as cited in this thread; 120-160mcg is average. Conversely, one should always ramp and taper T3, to acclimate and reacclimate your thyroid gland/feedback loop to the horomonal increases and decreases respectively.
I personally never taper T3, although it wouldn't hurt. Clen is not for me. Yuck! :p
