I have been lifting for almost 4 years Ive never takin anything
(except for 2 bottles 1ad) but Ive been really interested as of late
Im 6'1 195ish, in my late twenty's and im wanting to ripp up a little and gain a couple of solid pounds nothing dramatic, Im trying to decide whats best for what I want to do, I narrowed down to EQ or Win
I would appreciate any comments or cycle suggestions
