Has anyone got a knowledgeable guess on the system Jeff uses? Such as, cycling on and off or cruising on low doses until photos or whatever. I'm very curious about what he takes and how he goes about it. I hear a lot of people say tren, or clen do to his "twitches.
Don't get butthurt because I said Jeff Seid, his physique is extremely respectable and it's what most people want to achieve nowadays, including myself.

To be honest.. i think it should be fairly reasonable to say its not that hard to get his physique.. he is small and shredded. Genetically i think he is a lean kinda body.. with some muscle. he looks good but i would not say his physique is extremely respectable.. he is probably 170,180 pounds.. now if he was 210, 220 pounds shredded like that than yes.. very much respectable. As far as cycle i don't know what he takes.. but any average joe can get to his physique with dedication.
hes around 205 shredded and 210-215 below 10%bf at 20 yo. That's almost as respectable as it gets, also ifbb pro.Quote:

I just wanted to know what he does gear-wise regardless of stats, not hating.
the truth is you'll never know unless him or a credible source that knows him tells you besides that everyone can only guess

Yeah she did a photo shoot with him not to long ago. She said he wants to meet me because he drives the same car as me (Stealth RT trwin turbo) and wants some tips because she told him mine is modified and I did all the work.
Ill get it done one of these days and pick his brain a little.
