    stacking?

    hey i just started my first cycle ever. Im using sustanon 250 and i just had a few questions for the big guys that have been in the bussiness for awhile. 1 question is would you recomend to use 1 ad as well the the shots or would it do more damage the more gains? Also i wanted to know if sustanon helps just all around size or if it cuts you up as well? thanks for you time
