    Water retention

    Am having a little trouble with water retention and I'm a little worried about estrogen levels. I've never purchased anything from ar-r. Is the "liquidex " on the site the same as arimidex?

    You should get an AI. It will help with water retention greatly.

    Watching your sodium intake might help if you're ingesting large amounts

    Yes for sure get some adex ASAP. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water. If you dont drink enough you will retain more. Yeah it sound backwards but thats how it work.

    Certainly grab yourself an AI to bring down water retention and blood pressure

    Excessive carbs and sodium will make you bloat like a ballon no matter what AI you take, so watch that as well.

    Yup the more one drinks the more they expell!
    And grab the AI as your E2 is most likely elevated(BW will show sand take the guessing out)...
