Keeping gains isn't about to cardio or not to cardio. It's mostly about eating right and eating the right amount. If you're in a deficit post cycle you're gonna lose.
I'm not an expert when it comes to women using aas, only an expert on women in general.I'm thinking that is a LOT for women. What I remember it should be more around 10 - 15mg max.
Dont stop cardio. You will not loose any muscle gains from cardio unless you are working with a big calorie deficit and doing a LOT of cardio. 30 minutes or more should be perfectly fine.
