HCG question

Can anyone help me figure out how this HCG needs to be reconstituted? Was going to mix 5 mL of the sterile water into the HCG powder but I really have no clue what the middle vial is for?

Taking 250 iu's twice a week. Thank you!

5ml of water will be fine and that'll mean .5ml is 500iu

Not only do you not need it if you use it your HCG will go bad quickly.

Just learned 5mL won't fit in the HCG vial. 3mL is the max.

Is it okay to mix the 3mL of water & make it 5000 iu's/3 mL? I think that would make for .15cc's to get 250 iu's, correct?

That is correct.
You could also do do 2ml bac water in that 3ml vial, that way 0.1mL is 250iu, or 10 on a 1mL slin pin
