Min rec. Age for gear 25 or 21?

I just need some clarification as i am only 22. I am not planning to atm, but i want to sooner or later. And all these sources have different recommendation and they are all beautifully written so any help would be appreciated :) And i have been working out for 6-7 years with a lot of knowledge about diet and nutrition :) (med student, 6'2, 176 lbs and 6% bf)

And bonus question is, if and only if its ok for me to use it, is it possible to keep gains IF you are not over genetic limit whatever it is?

There is more to it then age. Training experience and nutrition are important. It takes time just to get those down but once those are concurred then the choice can be made

Age does matter as well as having a good base to work with. A solid base is not had overnight and certainly a balanced one takes alot of hardworking. Ideally one should take advantage of what he can build naturally and keep before considering cycling. This is often overlooked and dismissed largely due to poor diet and poor training. Cycling will NOT fix these things, they need to be in place beforehand.

how about in terms of "safety" although that it can never be "100% safe"

wait till atleast 25 IMO ... system likely not finished its development.

So you guys are saying wait till 25 to be on the safe side, is there an earlier way of knowing for sure thorugh blood tests or something? Or do i just sit back and wait to get older :D

Yes and no. Xray to see if growth plates are fused but hpta not really for sure. Trust me, 25 will get there quick enough qnd if you blink you will be 30
