If anybody contacts you and asks about it then tell them you're not saying anything without an attorney present. I can't imagine police wasting there time trying to investigate somebody doing steroids as long as you're not selling them. They would have a hard time building a case without real evidence IMO.

I hope you're not texting her back and forth about it.. if she mentions it just act like you have no idea what she's talking about and ignore her.

Don't worry about it and if for some reason you want to be 100% safe, don't keep anything at your residence until it blows over. But like others say, police aren't going to care about one guy recreationally using steroids and they certainly aren't going to come kick your door in with a search warrant over what would amount to a misd. possession of a controlled substance anyways. At most, you'd probably get a knock and talk and in that case, just be polite and if the police ask for permission to search you house, tell them no. You have the right to do that. If I was doing steroids and my gf snitched worst case I get arrrested and taken to the holding center and when you see the judge the very next day you get a bail amount set. Let's say its $2,500 so I pay $250 cash to a bail bonds person and I'm out in a few hours. I don't live anywhere near rikers though. I've been arrested a lot for stupid decisions I made and I don't blame anybody but myself. Steroids shouldn't be illegal in my opinion but the fact is they are. So if I take them and I tell people like my gf or friends and they snitch then its still 100% my fault even though they're a rat ass piece of shit. I'm 29 and I don't need my parents or anybody to bail me out. I once got arrested and had $50,000 cash only bail for two violent felonies with multiple weapons. I sat in jail for months. I got out and had a few friends talk to the guy who snitched and they worked it out and he never showed up to testify so all charges were dropped. But if I went to jail for 20 yrs then too bad for my dumb ass and I would have gotten what was coming. I knew what I was doing and took responsibility. Lesson learned. The funny thing is the guy who decided not to testify is in jail for murder now. He stabbed a guy, robbed him for his money and his truck.

First, I'm not sure the doctor is allowed to violate doctor patient privilege for such a trivial matter as USE of a SOMEWHAT controlled substance.. Secondly even if he were you still have a lot of leeway as to what may or may not have caused those elevated level..
Also, that is a lot of fuss to establish that you MAY have used a substance.. Really it's probably not worth the governments time to **** with you on it.. Plus, it's really just her word against yours.
