TAKING TWO CC's OF TEST FOR A YEAR!HELP!!!

I've read quite a few articles on this site, have some basic understanding of a cycle and what it does to your body. I was having a discussion with a co worker that is 47 years old. He told me that his doctor has been giving him two ccs of test cyp per week (once a week) for the past year! I know that when you start injecting test your body will shut down its own natural production. I was surprised and didn't know if he can recover from this or he will have to be placed on trt. He said he's never taken time off. Anyone have some advice I can give him besides starting a pct protocol? Or do Yall think this has been going on too long and he will have to be on trt from now on?

It sounds like he is already on trt but hos doctor (like many) has no clue what he is doing and giving him way to much.

If he is not feeling like crap yet he will soon. He needs to have blood work done and cut back to around 150mg per week

Blood work and a competent doctor. I can only imagine he's not on an AI so his estrogen must be through the roof.

If he's 47 that sounds ok to me maybe to high of a dose but at 47 u could be a good candidate for testosterone replacement therapy may be his test levels are super low and if you're going to get a prescription from a doctor they normally do blood work anyways and if he's been on for a full year chances are his testosterone is shut down anyways he's going to be on it for the rest of his life I haven't been off gear in over 6 years and when I do a trt dose I do one shot every 3 or 4 days and that is my off time at least for me that's how I do it and it's worked fine but when I finally decide to stop bodybuilding I will do about 300 milligrams of test a week for the rest of my life and I'm okay with that but that's just my personal decision I wouldn't recommend it for anybody.

^^^^ yup. I misplaced my letro while trying to reverse gyno, went to my doc and told him what happened. He insisted I stop the letro as its for breast cancer not gyno and offered to give me a shot of test.

How much is 2cc's of testosterone?

Getting it from his doc you can assume it's 200 mg's per ml.

Hrt therapy is one of those things you need to find a good specialist for. Going to a GP is like taking your Ferrari to quick tune or jiffy lube.

I came up with 300 a weak becuz that's what my doctor gives me now for treatment 1.5 ccs a week 200 MG per cc and I should of clarified a little better I'm in contest season so I keep my test high during contest season when I'm off a cycle I go back to my regular testosterone replacement therapy dose and up my anastazole to 1 MG every day vs now I take it twice a week.

I get 1.5 a week and I had to beg for that and he didn't want to do it but with my age being considered he was do able to make it happen

Oh I would not bet on it. When it comes to hormone therapy you would be surprised some of the stories I've heard.

If I was prescribed 400mg per week I would be stashing some away. I dont think I could get my doctor to prescribe that even if I manipulated my blood tests to come back low on 300 a week.

its crazy that you hear of doctors giving 200mg per month, while others will gjve out 400mg per week.
