I have never used them but may start due to blood pressure problems with the water bloat.

why combat when you can prevent?

running an anti during cycle will help with several side effects and also prevent estrogen from binding. everyone can afford a bottle of liquidex to run as an anti during a cycle, so it shouldn't be an excuse to wait around until you start getting lumps or sensitive nips.

once again i will reiterate it: why combat when you can prevent.

It would seem sort of foolhardy to gamble on the outcome. The price of anti-e's vis-a-vis the cost of surgery to correct, let alone the embarrassment of running around looking like some chick? Of course, it's a wise move.

I have always used ant-estros and to me best knowledge now all of the people that I have competed against since 2K ALL HAVE GYNO at this point and I DO NOT. I have done it as a safety measure and I beleive that it has payed off. Daem is totally right!!! Why combat when you can prevent? Once you see sighns of gyno it is too late and irriversable unless you get surgery.......most guys let it go up until it is starting to appear and sadly by then..........BOB HAD BITCH TITS!

    Peace

i also use it throughout my run. I don't have gyno problems, and it's a cheap insurance against it. But it also prevents water retention, and that is a cause of other problems, like high blood pressure. I used to occasional bloody noses from the high level of water retention, until I started actively taking anti-e's and since then, no problem at all. I also look leaner, and my size doesn't "shrink" when coming off due to the water leaving my body.

I don't use anything, I just keep Novadex on hand in case. I'm not convinced that they don't hinder gains on lower doses. I would probably take them if I got to the point of taking a gram of Test a week.
