If this is your first cycle then it's advised to do a Test only cycle. If your training smart and dieting properly you can expect some great results!

Results will vary with each individual. As stated before, nutrition is extremely important. I put on 22lbs with my first cycle and kept a majority of it. I changed my diet it up quite a bit on my second cycle and only put on 12lbs. I leaned out a lot more on my second though. My diet was way more clean on the second run. Those are just a couple examples on how cycles can vary. I'd say throw up some stats and let's start talking about your future gains!Originally Posted by Smckay1983
My first two cycles running test only, last one was only 400mgs a week. I experiences great gains. I stopped my last cycle in october and have put on and kept about 25lbs from the start of 2014. Since my last cycle my fat has increased a bit because ive been eating a lot of calories to keep my gains. now im sharpening by diet and will be looking to lean out. in my opinion, the biggest reason people lose their gains after cycle is they drop the nutrition post cycle.
It is really hard to gauge what you will gain as you can see some of the guys responses but what is important is getting your nutrition down because you only have one first cycle so make the most of it.
