Cycle help DESPERATELY needed

So I'm sick of waiting for my natural test production to get back to where it was after my test prop and tren ace cycle. I only ran aromasin and Clomid post cycle and I keep hearing I should have also used nolvadex. I've been using anabolic steroids for almost a year and a half ( no- not non stop). I read, and read, and read and talk to people here and there and always get mixed information. I just want to know what works. I'd like my natural test production to get back to normal- but for now I'm so sick of waiting that im jumping on a test only cycle. I was planning on test enanthate at 600 mg a week for 12 weeks. I am not too fond of the bloating and water weight so I was planning on using an AI throughout. What's better aromasin or arimidex? Does it matter? I was thinking .5mg a day arimidex or 25mg a day exemestane ( aromasin).

Anyway... What is the best way to assure I can get my shit all back to normal after my cycle... What should my PCT look like? Please don't tell me to read- I have.

I'm 5'11 @ 210 pounds and 9% body fat. How can I make this cycle worth while? Should I add anything? I just thought I should stay away from 19 Nors for a while due to my shut down. Pleas help.

Lovbyts- I gave that article a read. What I gathered is that a lower dose renders just as effective as a higher dose. ( 25mg vs 50 mg). I wanted to know what is better. Aromasin ( exemestane) or arimidex (anastrrazole).

I'm also looking to see if I should throw anything else in this cycle to maximize benefits and what EXACTLY my PCT plan should be.

It also says the exemestane you cant crash your E2 like you can with anastrrazole is you use to much.

@backinblack/ no. I didn't. The only reason being that I was gonna blast some gear regardless the scenario. I just moved to a new state and my insurance isn't effective until April 1st. I know I'm gonna catch a bunch of shit for not doing it- but I don't see why jumping on some more shit would do any major

Or just arimidex and caber like my last body builder buddy told me to do?
Or do I need HCG somewhere In the cycle or after!

ohhh boy. If you are so dedicated to fitness maybe exercise a little patients and do this properly. You are just going to end up back in this same situation.
If you don't see the problem in your plan then you are only looking for people to tell you what you want to hear. Any real advice from this thread will go unheard

I haven't been given any advice yet. I simply stated that I didn't think jumping on a just test cycle would do any further harm..... I'm waiting for advice- I just really haven't received any yet.

So you are basing your low testosterone on feelings rather than actual proof. Go get some bloodwork and see where you are at. There are several factors that might be making you feel shit post cycle. And yes, jumping on 'more shit' may well cause further, permanent damage.

What cycles have you ran, exactly, over the last 18 months?

yes. I am basing it off of how I feel. I will get blood work once my insurance kicks in- but thats not until April- what do I do until then ?

Over the past 18 Months in order from my last cycle to my first cycle is:
test prop and Tren ace
Deca and Test Cyp
Test only @ 500-600 mg a week.

Weather it out I'm afraid. Or find the funds for privatemedlabs. You can't treat something if you don't know what it is. Bloodwork isn't recommended in those first 6 weeks after pct ends anyway so you will actually be timing it about right.

Also realize that it takes time for your body to find homeostasis. It does not return to normal quickly and feeling "off" is to be expected.

I prefer aromasin over a dex... I would also use a very low dose hcg in the last few weeks before coming off everything... Keep up on the estrogen blockers or ai bc hcg can really mess with estrogen levels... Makes a big difference for me with getting my natural back tho... Also stick with ai's during cycle and use a blocker like Nolva and clomid for post... I don't like to use ai's for post cycle... There too strong in my opinion to not be on aas

I only use caber for tren and deca... And I've never herd of anyone using them for post cycle.... What would the reason for using it with test only and why post cycle??? I do like the multiple orgasms that i get from the caber tho...

^^^^ what he said about caber.

You cant always go by how you feel. A lot of people feel GREAT on cycle, the superman effect so when you come off of course you dont feel as good and a lot of people associate this with low T when in fact you are just going back to normal.

The other problem is when people do a LONG cycle they keep trying to feel like they did at the beginning but after a while feeling GOOD becomes normal so it's not the extra good feeling anymore.

Blood test are the only way to know what is going on. It's only about $150 or less to get what you need so skip a few espresso or energy drinks and you should be good. ;)
