General cycle questions

Hey everyone!

Some background info on me. This is my first cycle consisting of 600mg test e and 400mg deca . I'm 6'3 and 245. Around 12-13% body fat. I did natural bodybuilding before getting on cycle. I had a few questions. Any comments or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

1) my cycle is test e weeks 1-18 and deca weeks 1-16. I didn't need to run an AI because I didn't have any estrogen related issues. I did get some high blood pressure but I took a diuretic for 4 weeks and now it is taken care of. Would you guys recommend hcg at the end of cycle before starting pct? My testicular size decreased slightly but it's hardly noticeable. For pct I was planning on running nolvadex at 40mg a day for 2 weeks and then 20mg a day for 3 weeks.

2) what would you guys recommend for a future cycle to control blood pressure besides a diuretic? I currently watch sodium and take potassium and coq10 which keeps it under control.

Thanks my man. Great resources. I will apologize in advance if my questions are dumb hah. Would you recommend I get an AI (anastrozole) to start now before my cycle ends? And continue to take it in the two weeks before starting pct and then stop with the AI use with pct? I have about 4 weeks left on cycle. I get your points about estrogen. I had minimal bloat, emotions were balanced and had consistent sex drive. I assume taking an AI would have kept my blood pressure in check and I then would not have needed a duiretic.

I've heard so many mixed opinions about when to use hcg . Thanks for clearing that up. I will follow the directions from the article for my next cycle.

Regarding nolvadex and clomid, the article on steriod .coms website said to pick one or the other. Some resources have said to take both. What is your personal experience? What worked best for you? I still have enough time to pick up some clomid!

Will do! Did tons of reading this week so thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction. I have numerous friends that have run cycles but I'm beginning to see that there have been lots of misinformation I learned from them. I'm sure you get tons of people saying the same thing (sorry ha) but I would appreciate any guidance or tips you could throw my way! Thanks man.
